These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Ken7 website, platforms, and Ken7 Mobile Application (collectively, the “Applications”). The Application is owned by Ken7.

The Application is provided by Ken7 and is available only to entities and persons who have reached the age of legal majority and are competent to enter into legally binding agreements under the applicable law. If you do not meet these criteria, you are not permitted to use the Application.

Ken7, to the fullest extent permitted by law, disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, non-infringement of third-party rights, and fitness for a particular purpose. Use of the Ken7 applications and their content is at your sole risk. Ken7 will not be liable to you or any person or entity claiming through you for any direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or other damages under any theory of law for any errors in, or the use of or inability to use, the Ken7 application and its content, including but not limited to, damages for lost profits, business, data, or damage to any computer systems, even if you have advised Ken7 of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, these Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India, and courts of Bangalore will have jurisdiction.

Ken7 had identified a panel of service providers who are capable to provide efficient services all across the country within 1-15 days.
