REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation

Once our Courier Service Partner has confirmed the pickup of an order, cancellations are not permitted. In such instances, Ken7 will charge a penalty equivalent to the total order amount. Additionally, we may retain the courier fees or apply them to a future order.

Ken7 holds the right to cancel orders in the following scenarios:

  • The pickup location falls outside our service area.
  • The pickup address differs from the address provided in the original order.
  • The customer requests to reschedule the pickup more than twice.
  • Our courier partners are unable to pick up from the specified location.

Refunds

Refunds are available under these conditions:

  • If the shipment is not picked up within 48 hours by our courier partners.
  • If our courier partners decline to pick up the shipment.
  • If the pickup reschedule request exceeds twice.
  • If an order is placed by mistake, provided this is reported before pickup confirmation by the courier partner.

Decisions regarding refunds are at the sole discretion of Ken7 and are final.

Refund requests must be submitted within 5 days of the transaction. Refunds will be processed and credited to the customer’s bank account within 5-7 business days, subject to the policies of the issuing bank for credit or debit cards.

Changes to Price and Subscription Plan:

Ken7 may modify Subscription Plans, including prices, features, and options, periodically. Any changes to the price or Subscription Plan will take effect no sooner than 30 days after the User is notified. Ken7 does not offer refunds or credits for any partial Subscription periods or unused Services.
